HNBR material has a high temperature resistance of 130 to 180 degree , a cold resistance of -55 to -38 degree , and excellent mechanical properties. Compared with other polymers, it can better meet the requirements of the automotive industry. HNBR reinforced with ZnO/methacrylic acid (MAA) can be used to make V-belts, isodrip V-belts, base rubber for multi-purpose V-rings, vibration isolators, etc.; it can also be used to make seals, seals, heat-resistant pipes, etc. In oil drilling, rubber products are required to withstand the test of high temperature, high pressure, acid, amine, H224 and other steam. Various products made of HNBR are acid-resistant, oil-resistant, and solvent-resistant. HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA can be used to make drilling protection boxes and pistons for mud pumps. In addition, HNBR is made into paper-type gaskets by pulping method and can be used as sealing gaskets in the oil industry and the automotive industry. HNBR has better heat resistance and radiation resistance than silicone rubber, fluororubber and polytetrachloroethylene. It is suitable for various rubber seals in power stations, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic seals, cable sheaths for power stations, printing and fabric rollers, weapon parts and aerospace seals, coverings, fuel bladders, etc. HNBR latex can be used as surface coating (painting), adhesive for textiles, paper, leather, metal, ceramics, non-woven fabrics, as well as foam rubber, impregnated latex products, etc. In addition, HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA, peroxide and high wear-resistant furnace has better comprehensive performance than ordinary HNBR.
